Join Chef Jake for a culinary journey through the Mediterranean, where fresh ingredients and bold flavors come together in perfect harmony. Begin by preparing a classic bruschetta appetizer, layering crisp baguette slices with juicy tomatoes and onions for a simple yet flavorful start.

For the main course, master the art of roasting cauliflower and paprika-spiced chickpeas to perfection, alongside tender chicken breast glazed with creamy Yum Yum sauce. You’ll also create caramelized peppers and onions with a touch of balsamic sweetness, paired with a cooling homemade tzatziki sauce and crisp cucumber slices. Finally, indulge in the sweet, creamy delight of chocolate chip cannoli, filled with velvety ricotta cream. This class offers a delicious balance of fresh, hearty, and decadent flavors, celebrating the essence of Mediterranean cuisine.
