Craft rich chocolate truffles in this cooking class with Chef Tiore.

In this cooking class, you will learn the fundamentals of chocolate making while creating truffles from scratch with easy-to-follow techniques. You will mix silky ganache, shape each truffle by hand and finish every piece with delicious coatings for a polished homemade treat.

 

You will discover tips for handling chocolate with confidence and creating beautiful confections that taste as impressive as they look.
