WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to prepare this hearty Italian dish with homemade pasta and a rich ragù.
Immerse yourself in the heart of Italian cuisine with traditional pasta-making in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of an expert chef, you'll master the time-honored techniques for kneading, shaping and cutting ribbons of fresh pasta dough to create delicate pappardelle pasta from scratch. Then, prepare a rich, savory Bolognese sauce that's simmered to perfection. By the end of class, you'll have the skills to recreate this classic ragù alla Bolognese from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy at home.
Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
