The menu was absolutely delicious. The fiery scampi had the perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the seafood medley was fresh, beautifully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. We also loved learning how to make fettuccine pasta from scratch—it was such a fun and rewarding experience, and Chef guided us through it with patience and expertise. Every dish we made tasted like something from a high-end restaurant.

10 out of 10 experience that I highly recommend! We attended the Italian class with the bruschetta, chicken marsala, mushroom risotto and tiramisu . The food was delicious and it was so fun cooking it! Emmanuelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave excellent cooking tips and we had leftovers! I will for sure be back for another lesson to learn a new cuisine!

We had a fantastic cooking experience with Chef Emma!! I’ve been cooking vegan meals for many years and was hoping to learn new techniques or tips as our family did this class - I was definitely not disappointed! She shared wonderful instruction on customizing the food to our liking, and she gave several suggestions for vegan ingredient staples to add to our pantry. To top it all off she created such a wonderful, relaxed environment for us to cook in and enjoy the experience. My kids especially felt encouraged to try some new customizations for their creations, and they both appreciated the tips she gave that apply not only to what we prepared, but to all cooking situations. We did the classic Italian class with risotto, chicken marsala, and tiramasu. It was a fantastic experience. Emmanuelle is a great teacher and gave some wonderful tips for cooking. Highly recommend, we hope to do another class again soon
Truly a wonderful experience. Chef was so kind and knowledgeable. She shared a lot of tips that were very useful as well. The welcoming environment and so much fun.
We made bread and crepes. We learned how to make sure the pan used for the crepes was really hot by putting some oil in it and then using the end of a wooden spoon to see if the oil would try to fry the spoon. Once that happened it was ready for the crepe batter. It was a lot of fun and she was very engaging and helpful.
We had an amazing time learning to cook pasta! She taught us three ways press the pasta from the pasta machine, penne, and others. It was so fun! We even made tiramisu first and let that chill before the pasta making.
We wanted to share how much we enjoyed the class with Chef Emmanuelle. Emma was a fantastic teacher! She guided us through baking fresh bread and crêpes.

We did the pizza making class and had an absolute blast! Chef Emma was an exceptional host and we can't wait to book another class with her. She was so kind, fun, and went into detail explaining the techniques for making the dough and we can't wait to try it at home! The ingredients were fresh and well organized and we enjoyed the other courses as well. Can't recommend Chef Emma enough!
We learned to cook Indian curry and naan bread. What a great experience. Chef Emmanuella was super knowledgeable and helpful. She gave advice but also allowed us freedom to make the dish our own. Adding whichever spices we wanted. While we were waiting for other guests to arrive she taught us proper knife skills and cutting techniques. She kept our attention and allowed us to be the chefs. Our experience was very pleasant.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Crepes & Bread making class...Chef Emma provided many helpful hints and took away the intimidation factor. The class was small and we had some extra time while waiting for the bread, so Chef took the time to teach us a few other handy techniques. Will definitely be booking another call with her!

Today we made very delicious Mediterranean food. It was a lovely cozy atmosphere. Chef Emmanuelle is so nice and was able to tailor the experience to our own comfortability with cooking. We enjoyed every step of the cooking process. We wore aprons and hats and our chef had many ingredients prepared to allow for a smooth cooking experience. Would love to do this again sometime!
