Cooking Class - Croissants Crafted by Hand

What You'll Do

It's easy to make your own French pastries with this session baked into your plans.

Once you discover how simple it is to bake handmade croissants in this cooking class, your kitchen will become a home boulangerie! Work with a top-notch local baker as you learn to assemble a butter-filled laminated dough then turn it into croissants filled with savory bacon and Gruyère as well as sweet chocolate and almond varieties.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
