WHAT YOU’LL DO

Use professional Breville products to create a Spanish-style feast.
Experience a day of fun and food in this hands-on cooking class. Led by a world-class chef, you’ll follow along step-by-step as you learn how to create classic Spanish dishes like smoky romesco pork loin, a seasonal salad with a Spanish vinaigrette and an almond and olive oil ice cream all made with pro-grade Breville equipment.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
