This immersive cooking class showcases the heritage of Marseille through its vibrant cuisine. Guided by Chef Cat, you’ll explore important ingredients from the port city while crafting signature regional dishes.

Throughout the lesson, you’ll practice traditional French techniques. The olive-based dishes of ancient times become a tantalizing tapenade to start the meal. With tips from the chef, you’ll develop a bouillabaisse brimming with fresh seafood and aromatics. Round out the menu with a vibrant salad and citrus-infused cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I found a foodie kindred spirit! We enjoyed our anniversary in Greece, right from our own kitchen. The stories, the laughs, the FOOD! We were exposed to new flavors and techniques that we will be making for our friends to enjoy too. There was so much food, and the cake was beyond decadent!! And I didn’t have to do the dishes!!! Thanks Chef Cat! This was one of my favorite anniversary presents!
