What You'll Do

Forego the bakery for your home kitchen.

Led by a gourmet pastry chef, this cooking class explores the art of homemade croissant creation. Learn how to properly mix and laminate dough that will be shaped into crescents of golden goodness. Fill with sweet and savory ingredients for a delightful batch of bakery treats. This fun and interactive sessions are designed for home chefs of all levels.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
