Celebrate the season with a festive meal inspired by holiday traditions from around the world.

In this seasonal cooking class, you’ll experience a taste of the holidays from countries across the globe. An expert chef teaches regional techniques for preparing classic dishes like pepper-crusted prime rib, crispy latkes, roasted squash salad and sweet potato pie bars. Discover how different cultures celebrate the holidays with these beloved dishes.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
