WHAT YOU’LL DO
Dive into the delicious world of Mexican comfort foods.
You'll feel transported in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Jordan. You'll discover authentic Mexican flavors while whipping up four delicious courses from scratch.
To start, you'll make esquites, a Mexican street corn salad with corn and Cotija cheese with a bit of jalapeño for heat. Then, make a savory chorizo quesadilla with Oaxaca cheese and salsa on the side. Use beef shanks and oxtail to make birria tacos topped with Oaxaca cheese. For dessert, golden fried churros covered in cinnamon and sugar and served with a chocolate dipping sauce.
