This cooking class highlights regional ingredients and signature flavor combinations of Italian heritage. Guided by the experienced Chef Itztli, you’ll craft a contemporary menu inspired by classic Italian dishes and culinary traditions.

In this class, you'll have the option to take a more hands-on approach or relax and enjoy the experience. For those who enjoy diving deeper into the dishes, we'll explore the history behind the ingredients and techniques. If you want to sharpen your skills, you can practice knife work, including small dice and chiffonade. Alternatively, if you prefer a more laid-back experience, feel free to sit back, relax and ask questions throughout. The menu features bright bruschetta with spicy Calabrian chilis, creamy pesto risotto, chicken Milanese with a contemporary twist and a beloved Italian dessert infused with bold espresso.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
