A delightful culinary journey featuring adventurous new recipes.
Adventurous foodies and aspiring chefs will love this engaging cooking series. These five summer cooking classes are designed for kids 12 and older and taught by an expert chef instructor. They will explore the world of cooking through fun, challenging recipes. While whipping up something delicious, they'll also learn advanced cooking and baking techniques, as well as essential food prep and kitchen safety skills. Plus, students will go home with printed recipes. These classes will help any young chef feel more creative in the kitchen and confident in their abilities.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes.В Parents do not stay during the classes.

We really enjoyed the class and the food. Chef Jeff and his assistants were informative and friendly, putting the group at ease. My crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever had! I’m going to go home and replicate it now?
