Learn how to make your favorite Asian restaurant selections at home.

This cooking class explores the flavors and textures of traditional Asian cuisine. Led by Chef Mo, you'll learn how to prepare several favorite Asian recipes. Start with spicy Thai chicken lettuce wraps with butter lettuce and sweet chili sauce. Enjoy an entrée of orange chicken with rice paired with pad Thai noodles and mixed vegetables and soy ginger sauce. Dessert is a creamy castella pudding with caramel sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked a session for my sister as her Christmas gift. We did the Asian Cuisine Class... Very fun and unique experience! Chef Mo was so kind and offered suggestions/feedback on what you do/don't like on your food. He explains why he does certain things when cooking and offers tips! Would definitely love to do again sometime. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Chef Mo clearly loves to cook and share his love for what he does with people... You will not regret it!

The food was delicious and chef Mo was great! He was very welcoming and kind. He is very experienced and he was very good at sharing his knowledge. We walked into a dining room decorated for Valentine’s Day which was perfect because my husband and I decided to do this as our little celebration.
