WHAT YOU’LL DO

Treat yourself to this indulgent masterclass on the complexities of chocolate.
Treat yourself to a fun and immersive chocolate cooking class. Surrender to the indulgent world of cocoa as an expert chef guides you through every step of the process. Discover the art of tempering, molding, melting and baking as you learn to master the complexities of chocolate. You'll leave feeling confident to work with chocolate for any dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
