Begin by assembling a classic California roll, using nori sheets and the essential sticky sushi rice. You'll layer surimi, avocado and cucumber, and then get hands-on experience in wrapping it snugly and slicing it into uniform rolls. Then, dive into creating a vegetarian sushi roll variant, without fish. Conclude the session by artfully plating your sushi, ready to enjoy the fruits of your culinary efforts.

The cooking class is set in a distillery. Get ready to stir up some fun in this pop-up cooking class!
