WHAT YOU’LL DO

Elevate fresh pasta with premium ingredients to create an extraordinary meal.
In this date night cooking class, you’ll transform handmade pasta from a blank canvas into an elegant centerpiece for an upscale dinner. Fresh pasta is rolled, cut and filled with succulent lobster then kissed with white wine beurre blanc to create an elevated ravioli dish. Precision knife skills produce a bright, aromatic fennel and blood orange salad paired with caramelized shallot and balsamic-fig jam crostini to round out the menu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
