WHAT YOU’LL DO
Discover how to make classic Italian gnocchi two ways.
Step into an Italian dumpling assembly line with this fully immersive cooking class from Chef Diego that's centered around a special kind of pasta: Gnocchi. These pillowy soft bites are a hybrid of pasta and dumplings, made by mashing potatoes and combining with flour and eggs.
Mix and knead your own gnocchi dough before rolling out into bite-size morsels and boiling until al dente. Grind up basil and other ingredients to toss some of the gnocchi in fresh pesto, then melt butter with fresh herbs to coat the rest. For dessert, chilled panna cotta and fresh strawberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The class was great and very informative on cooking tips that I never knew. Our food tasted great! I can’t wait to try to make the paella again on my own.
