This hands-on cooking class with Chef Alberto is the perfect place for vegetarians to learn how to elevate their pasta options. You'll create fresh dishes filled with creative flavor using thoughtful recipes.
Get your lesson started by assembling an authentic bruschetta appetizer featuring fresh asparagus before preparing handmade fettuccine topped with a creamy lemon and butter sauce. Then, make your own pillowy ravioli stuffed with a variety of seasonal vegetables, and put together the luscious layers of a rich mushroom lasagna.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
