What You’ll Do

Create assorted Asian dishes and sushi that will get you into the holiday spirit.

Celebrate the holiday season with this hands-on cooking class where Chef Harold will teach you how to make five recipes that includes a sushi twist take on pizza and warm ramen soup.

After making omurice fried rice featuring a teddy bear shape, you'll cook up miso ramen brimming with pork and noodles and spiced with gochujang hot pepper paste. Then, layer fresh tuna tartare on sushi pizza that's reminiscent of a candy cane before preparing a Hawaiian rice dish that resembles nigiri. End the class with fresh fruit drizzled in chocolate ganache.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Harold was wonderful! He brought such a fun energy to the night, with lots of stories and treats for us to try. He was generous with his time and knowledge (we had lots of questions) and the food was delicious (definitely come hungry - it's a huge meal!!). Would highly recommend!
