What You’ll Do

Learn the fundaments of fresh, seasonal Californian cuisine while sampling wines during this cooking class at a local winery.

Learn how to make your own Michelin star-worthy menu when you take this cooking class led by Chef Jordan. You will enjoy an evening at a local vineyard during this private experience.

First, you will learn to create a seasonal salad with local baby kale and a fresh berry vinaigrette. Next, Chef Jordan will teach you how to prepare fresh fish and a variety of sauces and sides. Last, you will turn ripe berries into a buttery cobbler that's crowned with a crumb topping and vanilla bean ice cream.

Finally, you will be able to savor your creations, relax, sip some wine and enjoy the winery's spacious patio, cozy secluded areas and three natural grottos of pomegranate trees.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

I attended this class with my partner to celebrate our anniversary and have nothing but positive remarks. He adjusted the recipes to our restrictions/preferences (I'm gluten-free and vegetarian). He communicated about each step, gave us tips on knife skills (etc.), and connected with us. We also really enjoyed sitting down and sharing a meal with Chef Jordan and his partner. Thanks for a great class and for welcoming us. If you're debating whether or not this class will be worth it, debate no longer. Also, the food was impeccable.

We had such a lovely experience with Chef Jordon on Thanksgiving for his Indian cooking class. We learned great techniques and information on all the ingredients! Plus, every dish was so flavorful and delicious! And his home overlooking the lake is serene. He went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. We had so much fun this is going to be our new Thanksgiving tradition!
