WHAT YOU’LL DO
Delight the senses with a colorful and versatile Italian-inspired menu by Chef Raina.
In this interactive cooking class, Chef Raina will guide you as you incorporate the senses to explore textures and aromas while learning to balance flavors and spices. This adaptable menu can easily go from weekday meal prep to cozy date night dinner.
Begin with massaged kale and chickpea salad with fresh vegetables and bright lemon tahini dressing, followed by a palate-cleansing melon basil salad. For the main course, prepare a slow-cooked tomato basil sauce to serve with crisp eggplant Parmesan on a hearty hero roll. For dessert, enjoy a sweet and refreshing strawberry sorbet with a twist.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
