You'll be swept away by the authentic Thai recipes you'll create in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Cregg as you prepare a classic menu that highlights the rich traditions of this beloved Asian-Pacific cuisine.
Begin by preparing green papaya salad, a savory appetizer flavored with green beans, tomato and lime juice. You'll also make a beef salad entrée with herbs, red onions and fish sauce served with traditional Thai sticky rice on a side. And for dessert, whip up a heavenly toasted banana and coconut cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
