Tacos aren’t just for Tuesdays anymore. With a focus on satisfying ingredients and novel flavors, Chef Eric is ready to help you consider this modest culinary staple from a fresh angle, any night of the week!

You'll whip up fresh pico de gallo and roasted chili salsa before expanding your concept of taco fillings with chicken tacos and cabbage slaw, and steak tacos with roasted tomato rice, all wrapped in homemade tortillas. And a dessert of warm cinnamon roasted plantains served with sour cream is sure to expand your dessert repertoire.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric is a formally educated chef passionate about sharing his love of cooking with others. He has nearly a decade of professional experience under his belt and has worked in James Beard award-winning and Michelin-starred kitchens. Most recently, he helped to establish a restaurant in Chicago and was responsible for developing what is now an acclaimed menu featuring seasonal recipes and locally sourced ingredients.
