This insightful cooking class with Chef Janet is your guide to homemade ravioli prepared by hand. You'll create this timeless Italian dish surrounded by a selection of sides for a meal filled with exciting Old World flavor.

Begin your lesson by preparing a refreshing caprese salad. Then, create your own handmade pasta using fresh ingredients, and cook up two savory fillings and sauces: Ground beef with a zesty red sauce, and butternut squash with a sweet brown sugar sauce. For dessert, assemble classic cannoli studded with chocolate chips and warm ginger.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had SO much fun with Janet! She taught us a lot, was really kind and had great convo, and the food was delicious! She also left us absolutely nothing to clean up afterwards. We would absolutely book again. It was a great choice for my husband’s bday.

Our time with Chef Janet was nothing short of wonderful. It was a delightful experience to cook, converse, and create a wonderful memory with her.
