What You’ll Do

Take an international food tour in this class featuring vegetarian dishes from around the world.

Travel from Mexico to Thailand, with a few stops in between, in this vegetarian cooking class lead by Chef Manjiri. You'll learn how to make simple, flavorful recipes from around the world that are sure to satisfy any food-lovers travel bug.

Your first stop is in India, where you'll make black-eyed pea curry with tomatoes, onions and ginger-garlic sauce, then you'll head over to Greece and create traditional fresh tzatziki. You'll also whip up Thai tofu spinach stir fry, fluffy Mexican rice and round out the international adventure with a universally loved dessert: sweet fruit cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Manjiri was great! She was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the dishes we were making. We got through way more dishes than I had imagined within the 2:30-3:00 hours and left with plenty of delicious leftovers.

Chef Manjiri's class was fantastic! My partner and I learned so much and were amazed by how many dishes we made in just a few hours. All of the food was delicious and there was plenty to take home with us too. We would highly recommend this class to anyone!
