Cooking Class - Tuscan Family Favorites

What You'll Do

In this class, Chef Adam will present an array of Tuscan favorites just like Grandma used to make.

Several dishes that come to mind when people think of Italian home cooking originally hail from Tuscany, and Chef Adam will show you how to cook many of them from scratch.

Begin with panzanella salad, a mixture of crunchy bread cubes, vegetables and oil and vinegar dressing. Beans are a classic component of Tuscan cooking, and pasta fagioli, a rich bean stew with pasta and tomatoes, fits the bill. Beef is another important element, and the entrée reflects this with braciola. Finish up with zabaglione, a creamy, decadent custard.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He was great. He teaches you how to have fun while cooking. Don’t take it seriously it’s a cooking class. Especially if you aren’t a cook just have fun and enjoy the food. If you are a real cook stop being lame and just have fun.

We had an incredible experience with Chef Adam. This last weekend he came to our vacation rental and prepared dinner for 9 people for my wife's birthday. His food was so much more than we could have ever got out of a restaurant. He called me before the event to make sure everything was spot on for the menu I chose. He took the time to recommended wine pairings to go along with each course. He showed up a few hours before to prep and handled EVERYTHING! The table was set beautifully and went the extra mile to get printed menus for each setting. He served each course with an explanation of the dish and where he sourced the ingredients. Adam goes above and beyond for everything he incorporates into the dish, making sure it is all top quality. It was one of the very best culinary experiences we could have all asked for. Not only is he a great guy but he creates exceptional dishes. Highly recommend Adam to put any event over the top and take the stress out of the prep. Your taste buds will thank you
