Learn how to make three different types of Filipino egg rolls in this culinary experience!
In this hands-on class with Chef Diana, you will learn how to prepare an impressive egg roll platter that showcases exotic flavors and flair of Filipino cuisine.
From small bite-sized egg rolls to hearty sweet banana egg rolls, you will discover the traditional Filipino fillings and learn the rolling techniques for egg rolls of all sizes. While Chef Diana will provide the basic egg roll-making formula, she encourages you to let your imagination run wild with different types of fillings and flavor profiles you can create!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
