We had so much fun taking Chef Lisa’s macaron class! We found parking easily, we’re greeted and attended to right away, and went over our experience and questions before jumping in to cooking. Once started, all the ingredients were ready to go and she helped us with step by step instructions while providing her own tips along the way! She made the time together enjoyable with her witty sense of humor and had us splitting out tasks to get everything accomplished in the time we had together. We left with a ton of delicious cookies and were surprised WE made them ourselves! Had a blast and would recommend!

This was our first cooking class ever and enjoyed it a ton. Chef Lisa made the process fun and not just us following recipe instructions. She explained why were were doing everything and answered any cooking/baking questions we had and of course the stuff we baked turned out as tasty as it sounded. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes baking, whether you're a newbie or just looking to learn how to make something new

She was amazing, and so patient! You hear all these stories about making macarons and let me just say, round 1 was a fail, but I was so inspired that I gave it another go the following day, and with the help of a scale, I WAS ABLE TO MAKE MACARONS!!!!! The lemon curd filling is literally mouth-watering. Cannot wait to try these again!!!!!!

What an excellent class! While I am an experienced baker, I'd never even thought about where macarons come from! Chef Lisa is an excellent teacher. I had a great time. Chef Lisa is very knowledgeable, personable, and engaging. I had taken a macaron making class in person, about a month ago, that charged $90. The chef was not a pastry chef, and he had only a basic knowledge of baking macarons. I learned much more from Chef Lisa and my macarons were much better. Thank you for the experience.

Chef Lisa has a wonderful, encouraging personality, which makes for a really fun class! I am not a strong baker, and she made the macaron class funny, fun, and surprisingly easier than I expected! Chef Lisa gave out a lot of "pro tips", and she checked in with each student, eyeballing our bowls of progress along the way - which was insanely helpful.
