Chef Curtâ€™s friendly and approachable demeanor creates the perfect teaching environment for those who want to take their culinary skills to a different level. He gives practical yet professional advice for improving your everyday cooking skills, as well as techniques that can be used to show off to future guests. I left Chef Curtâ€™s class feeling more willing to get into the kitchen and re create his fantastic dishes. I would recommend Chef Curtâ€™s class to anyone who wants to feel like a 4 star chef in their own home!

Cooking was a mystery to me, but Curt's no nonsense, easy to follow approach helped me realize cooking is nothing to be afraid of. Great tasting food as well!!!

Curt is not your typical boring chef instructor like many of them are on TV. We had a couples night in our home, and not only was it educational, but it was fun. While Curt is serious about his craft, he also keeps the mood fun, and friendly. Tasty food!!!
