Chef Curt’s friendly and approachable demeanor creates the perfect teaching environment for those who want to take their culinary skills to a different level. He gives practical yet professional advice for improving your everyday cooking skills, as well as techniques that can be used to show off to future guests. I left Chef Curt’s class feeling more willing to get into the kitchen and re create his fantastic dishes. I would recommend Chef Curt’s class to anyone who wants to feel like a 4 star chef in their own home!

Cooking was a mystery to me, but Curt's no nonsense, easy to follow approach helped me realize cooking is nothing to be afraid of. Great tasting food as well!!!
