WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make fresh pasta by hand and master a classic Italian favorite.
Turn simple ingredients into pure Italian comfort in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Deanna.

Start by mixing flour, eggs, olive oil and a pinch of salt, then dive into the classic kneading and rolling technique used in Italian kitchens for generations. You’ll craft your own spaghetti strands and cook them to that perfect al dente bite. Then it’s time for one of Italy’s most loved dishes: aglio e olio. Chef Deanna will show you how to build big flavor from just a few ingredients: garlic, olive oil, lemon and parsley. The result? A simple, honest pasta that tastes like something you’d order in Naples.
Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience.
