Make pasta from scratch and pair it with a rich, traditional Bolognese sauce.
Transport yourself to Italy in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Deanna as you learn to make traditional Bolognese completely from scratch. Discover the joy of crafting fresh pasta by hand and pairing it with a rich, slow-simmered sauce full of classic Italian flavor.

You’ll start by preparing silky pasta dough using simple, wholesome ingredients. Mix, knead and roll your dough before cutting it into tender noodles. While your pasta cooks, you’ll build a hearty Bolognese sauce with fragrant herbs, spices, tomatoes and savory sausage. After the sauce has simmered to perfection, toss it with your freshly made pasta and sit down to savor this beloved Italian dish. Book your cooking class today!
