This was a fantastic experience! My kids bought my husband I this experience and we just loved it. Chef Luis was so personable, so fun, and so talented. He created amazing food, created an enjoyable evening, and was a pleasure to have in our home. This unique experience is a MUST if you've never tried it. And we have found a new friend in Chef Luis. Chef Luis is excellent. Extremely personable and full of life experiences. He arrived an hour early, what a pleasant surprise, and we spend 4 fun filled hours together. Prior to confirming our booking we had ask if he would modify the menu to jerk chicken. He had no problem doing so and he was more than happy to create a different menu which consisted of black rice, fried banana caribbean salad, coconut flan and morir sonando. You can't go wrong having Chef Luis cook for you.

Chef Luis was great! He arrived a little early and was set up and ready to go at the start time. He made sure to take his time discussing the ingredients and how they all tied into the Caribbean theme, while answering any questions that came up along the way. We were also dealing with a crying baby for a portion of the night and he was very respectful and patient as we stepped away from the kitchen to take care of it. The food was wonderful and we had great conversation throughout. The kitchen was left spotless at the end as well. 10 out of 10.

Chef Luis was awesome! We are a family of 4, he came to the AirBnB we were staying at on vacation in Tucson. He arrived exactly on time, brought all ingredients and cooking tools, and was ready for everything. He did a great job explaining the history, the ingredients, and the process. The food was amazing. We would absolutely do this again!

First time doing a cooking class and Luis was excellent!! He spend the 3 hours making a 4 course meal! It as ALOT of food plus left overs! Luis was very fun and knowledgeable. It was awesome hearing about all his experience he had in different countries as a chef. Definitely would have him again!

We had a wonderful night with Chef Luis - he made us a ton of delicious Cuban inspired food and engaged in some very interesting conversation. It was a pleasure to have him cook for my mother's 65th birthday and he left the kitchen as clean as he found it. I'd highly recommend using him for an at home chef experience!

Luis was an amazing host! The food was beautifully done and his education of all the ingredients was incredibly vast. He helped explain the steps when cooking and gave us a glimpse into his background and experiences. He went above and beyond and made my husband's birthday incredibly special. This was one of the most incredible cooking class/events we have ever done and we have done quite a few. Chef Louis was fabulous and we feel like we made a new friend in Tucson. The food was delicious! We are traveling in an RV so cooking at our place was out of the question. Having this class in his apartment was so much more intimate and â€œcozyâ€ than the cooking classes we have ever done before. I highly recommend CozyMeal and Chef Luis.

It wasnâ€™t a cooking class. Food was not very fresh: lots of processed and artificial ingredients ((Campbellâ€™s soup for the sauce? WTH!) Way too salty and full of MSG, and overemphasis on meat ( â€œroasted porkâ€ was just a pan fried chop). This is nor a Mexican cuisine - overall I felt the offering was falsely advertised. That said, Luis is an engaging and entertaining person, and the evening was enjoyable.
