During this private chef experience, Chef Luis will prepare an exquisite four-course Roman feast using fresh, high-quality ingredients and classic Roman cooking techniques. Begin with a fresh Roman-style carpaccio using your choice of sliced raw meat or fish, and a classic Caprese salad. Your entrГ©e features bucatini all'amatriciana with succulent pork belly, garlic and onion, and for dessert, indulge in a silky crГЁme brГ»lГ©e two ways.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Luis is a talented international chef with vast culinary experience that originates from his time growing up and studying in Cuba and Spain. A multi linguist, Chef Luis speaks several languages, including English, Spanish, Italian and French. He considers himself to be an excellent chef sommelier, as he is well versed and knowledgeable in restaurant quality wine and food pairings. Cooking is Chef Luis' life passion, and he looks forward to sharing it with you!

We had a wonderful night with Chef Luis - he made us a ton of delicious Cuban inspired food and engaged in some very interesting conversation. It was a pleasure to have him cook for my mother's 65th birthday and he left the kitchen as clean as he found it. I'd highly recommend using him for an at home chef experience!
