Christine provided a wonderful experience from beginning to end. When we showed up she had everything prepped so we could get going right away. During any downtime, while we had to wait for doughs to rise, or for things to bake, she was sure that we had other tasks to work on, or sessions to provide us with information. After the session, I definitely feel like I learned enough about baking to help me bake anything moving forward, instead of just knowing how to bake the recipes she provided, as well as providing some tips on food prep in general. On top of that, she was friendly, funny, and overall a great person to be around. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to get into baking.

Amazing class! Christine went above and beyond to accommodate my girlfriend's allergies by providing alternative ingredients and bringing clean cookware. She ensured that we were equipped with the knowledge to make the breads in the future by taking the time to walk through each step. Definitely recommend!

Our pie-making class was wonderful! In just one evening, we made sweet potato pie, apple crumble, chocolate bourbon pecan tart, and extra pie dough! Christine taught us techniques for the next time we make pie or tart desserts so that they are just a notch closer to what you'd find in a professional bakery (flaky crust, clean edges, learning how to tell when pie is done, etc.). I loved Christine's approach to baking- not fussy or tool-intense. She gave really helpful advice and feedback throughout the class and let us do everything so we were actually learning and not just watching. Christine is warm, funny, personable, and talented. It was a joy to bake with her for an evening and we highly recommend her for any baking class!

Chef Christine has a superb mastery of baking! She is friendly, welcoming and cares very much about her bread and baked goods. I found her to be organized, efficient with a keen eye for detail and aesthetic. I loved her rosemary focaccia bread! So full of flavor all while being super soft and fluffy. You can really pick out the individual flavors of rosemary, olive oil and salt. Delicious!
