Authentic Mexican fare and traditional cooking techniques will be the star of this team building cooking class led by Chef Paige. You'll make a four-course traditional Mexican meal from scratch with your crew.

First, learn the techniques for creating homemade corn and flour tortillas using masa harina. Then, use them to create chicken enchiladas filled with fresh herbs and a rich sauce topped with melty cheese. Next, wrap pork in corn husks and fill it with chili sauces to make savory and spicy tamales. For dessert, perfectly fried churros covered in cinnamon sugar.
