Team Building Activity - Authentic French Fare

Ratatouille, coq au vin and more make up this gourmet team building menu.

In this interactive team building experience with Chef Todd, you and your team will learn how to create several classic French dishes.

Begin by practicing your knife skills to prepare ratatouille, which you'll bake in a balsamic-Parmesan sauce. Your entreé is a traditional chicken dish of coq a vin — braised chicken in a rich wine sauce with bacon, onions and mushrooms. On the side, prepare and enjoy creamy polenta. Dessert is a French custard baked in a vanilla bean-infused tart shell.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Todd was amazing!!! He included all of us in preparing an awesome meal. The recipes were relatively simple, yet the out come was off the charts delicious!!! Chef and his wife Millie are an unbelievable team. They served the food in an artistic and loving fashion as well as cleaned everything. I would easily rate them a 20 on a 1 to 10 scale. **This was Chef Todd’s first Client Home cooking class experience** AND IT WAS GREAT. Chef Todd made this experience super insightful, teaching us technique and the art of Creole cuisine, while keeping it fun and playful. Huge thanks to his wife as well, as she was able to capture every moment. I highly recommend this class and hope to see Chef Todd again for the next class!
