There's no better setting for inspiring collaboration than the steakhouse-style kitchen in this team building experience. Your crew will receive step-by-step instruction for preparing a top-notch meal with collaboration included in every recipe. They'll learn pro-level tricks for preparing a perfect steak, discover the ideal balance for a pleasing set of sides and explore the culinary magic of making a decadent dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

He gave several options/adjustments that are helpful in our personal cooking experiences. I truly appreciated this insight, feedback, and improvisations. Those little gems of knowledgeable are more valuable than preparing the receipe. I would love to see more vegetarian cooking classes offered, esp involving beans, nutritional acumen, meaning a meal considering protein, mineral consumption, etc.

Our chef was bubbly and fun but I was disappointed that our chicken breast cutlet had been butchered. Instead of receiving 2 full cutlets we had one full and one that had been butchered into 4 pieces of varying sizes. The chef apologized, which I appreciate, but I world expect better quality for the class. It did make it a bit challenging to cook within the time allotted considering that 4 people were using a single burner/pan and we had twice the amount of pieces to brown. The texture of the chicken was also off. It was very chewy, hard to describe, but not palatable. Maybe it didn’t get tenderized enough? I didn’t want to make a big deal in front of the other guests so I didn’t say anything to the chef and The piece that wasn’t butchered had a normal texture. Sauce was delicious and I can’t believe how easy it is to make pasta from scratch! I will be attempting to make at home.

This meal, and experience, far exceeded our expectations. The instructions were clear, humorous, and nobody burnt themselves. I call that a win. If you want a place for a great date night, double date, intimate business meeting, or small team building exercise this is a great idea.

Only giving 4 stars because it is not what I expected when paying this much for the class to share the dish 4 ways. Was under the impression that each couple would have their own dish to share rather than one dish split 4 ways for the price paid. Other than that the experience was really nice, chef and assistants were awesome and food was delicious

A fun class overall! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to do a whole lot of cooking though because of the limited outlets the chef made most of the sauces. It was a lot of watching and not a whole lot of doing which was a little disappointing. Also, it wasn’t made clear in the sign up that we would be paired with a random couple. Overall, I think the class expectations need to be laid out more clearly in the sign up.
