Team Building Activity - Teaming Up for Thai Cuisine

all-inclusive: 2.5-hour class, 3-course meal.
Gather your team and discover the stunning and vibrant flavors of Thailand.
Join Chef Cregg in this team building activity for an exploration of techniques and ingredients native to Thai cuisine. Teams will prepare classic Thai dishes, while also learning a few things about its culture and history.
Your team will begin by preparing vegetarian summer rolls featuring vermicelli rice, shiitake mushrooms, fresh herbs and marinated tofu. Pair the rolls with a tangy peanut sauce for dipping. Next, highlight the regional ingredients and traditional flavor combinations of Thai cooking in a green papaya salad with grilled beef, and whip up mango sticky rice for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
