Came over for a Bachelorette Party, we had an amazing time. It was so much fun. Chef Joni is so personable. Contacting her was so easy, she asked lots of questions about the party before hand and tweeked our menu a bit to fit our girl's a bit more. Admittedly the girls were a bit unsure when we came in and Chef Joni was talking about a putting scallops in a martini with sauteed red peppers. They all thought she was crazy but the food drink was so fabulous and the best thing they had all night (maybe 'cause Chef Joni prepared this dish?).

My grandson and I loved our cooking experience with Chef Parsati. The food was delicious, both tasty and healthy. Chef Parsati taught us cooking techniques along with pointers about using a minimum of oil, substitutions for garlic, which spices and sauces to use to create the dishes. Chef Parsati created a fun experience for my girl friend and I. Over the hour we cooked 3 dishes with the indochinese theme and spent 30min eating and chatting with the chef. The dishes were yummy and the home kitchen setting felt comfortable and intimate. We did wish the class was more hands-on and it did feel a little short.

I went to the class with my wife. The class with chef Parsati was fun and entertaining. She explains the different flavors you are adding and is with you throughout the process to make sure everything is running good. You can even put on your own music which definitely helps when you are preparing food. When we tried the meals we prepared it was so yummy. I would recommend her and would come back for another class.
