What You’ll Do

Explore contemporary Chinese fare with an innovative twist with Chef Parsati.

Bring your favorite dinner partner to this hands-on class that will focus on a provocative culinary flavor fusion between Chinese and California cuisines.

Chef Parsati will begin the class teaching you new and exciting ways of creating cross-cultural fusion fare beginning with cauliflower infused with the flavors of ginger, garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce. Then, you'll prepare a chicken entrГ©e loaded with fresh pineapple and a side of fried rice with fresh vegetables and shrimp. For the grand finale, craft then indulge in a pearl pudding with tapioca, dried fruit and saffron.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Overall, the end-to-end experience was delightful. It was a very hands-on class and Chef Parsati is passionate about her flavors and it shows in her dishes. She was informative, friendly and accommodating. Her energy was inviting and allowed us to learn and contribute. The venue was very clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you!
