Chef Luis made our Thanksgiving absolutely exceptional. He started the evening with a beautiful charcuterie board and a perfectly prepared shrimp cocktail that immediately impressed all of my guests. Dinner was even betterâ€”the turkey was incredibly juicy, and he prepared about six different sides, each one full of flavor and cooked to perfection. On top of delivering an unforgettable meal, Chef Luis handled all the cleanup and left my kitchen spotless. It made the entire holiday effortless and enjoyable for everyone. I canâ€™t recommend Chef Luis highly enough. His professionalism, talent, and attention to detail turned our Thanksgiving into a truly special experience.

A wonderful evening! Chef April is gracious and professional. She served us 2 appetizers and we sipped wine while she prepared the paella. There was an allergy to mussels so she substituted oysters, which were delicious. After hesitation on her part, and insistence on ours, she joined our table of friends. Everything, and especially the paella, was outstanding! She showed us the sweet smoked paprika from Spain that gave such amazing flavor. The huge prawns, very tender calamari, and perfectly al dente rice were heavenly. Will book Chef April again!

Chef Luis prepared a wonderful meal for my husband's birthday! As New Englanders now living in Vegas, his clam chowder was amazing, and I have very high expectations for my chowder! The ribeye steak was grilled to perfection, and the lobster tail was seasoned perfectly, allowing the sweetness of the lobster to come through. Dessert was the perfect ending to a delicious meal. Chef Luis was friendly, professional, and even did all the clean up and had our leftovers ready to be put away. We will definitely use this service again! Thank you, Chef!

Chef Luis was great! Not only was the food great, but Chef Luis provided a great personal touch of interaction with our group. He had a great sense of humor and quickly won us over. Our group wanted to interact with Chef Luis and even had opportunities to assist in the cooking. We even learned a few things that we can add to our own skills. Our goal was to have a simple team building experience and then have a wonderful dinner. We chose the New York steak & lobster meal and the food was flavorful and tasted great. Would I recommend Chef Luis again? For sure! His personality complimented and added to the whole experience. Thank you Chef Luis.
