During this private chef experience, Chef Luis will prepare for you a four-course New England-style surf and turf dinner featuring a handful of the region's most iconic ingredients. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include a classic New England clam chowder, grilled New York strip steak, broiled lobster tail with herbed butter, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Luis was great! Not only was the food great, but Chef Luis provided a great personal touch of interaction with our group. He had a great sense of humor and quickly won us over. Our group wanted to interact with Chef Luis and even had opportunities to assist in the cooking. We even learned a few things that we can add to our own skills. Our goal was to have a simple team building experience and then have a wonderful dinner. We chose the New York steak & lobster meal and the food was flavorful and tasted great. Would I recommend Chef Luis again? For sure! His personality complimented and added to the whole experience. Thank you Chef Luis.

Chef Luis did an amazing job helping me bring my family together for the love of cooking. We did the Cuisines of the World, and my Dad, brother and I joined Chef Luis in learning some of our favorite dishes. Having Chef Luis in your home is like family being there. He makes you feel comfortable and does a great job of managing us all through the recipes. And the food….it was outstanding if I do say so myself!

Chef Luis made our Thanksgiving absolutely exceptional. He started the evening with a beautiful charcuterie board and a perfectly prepared shrimp cocktail that immediately impressed all of my guests. Dinner was even better—the turkey was incredibly juicy, and he prepared about six different sides, each one full of flavor and cooked to perfection. On top of delivering an unforgettable meal, Chef Luis handled all the cleanup and left my kitchen spotless. It made the entire holiday effortless and enjoyable for everyone. I can’t recommend Chef Luis highly enough. His professionalism, talent, and attention to detail turned our Thanksgiving into a truly special experience.
