Chef Luis did an amazing job helping me bring my family together for the love of cooking. We did the Cuisines of the World, and my Dad, brother and I joined Chef Luis in learning some of our favorite dishes. Having Chef Luis in your home is like family being there. He makes you feel comfortable and does a great job of managing us all through the recipes. And the foodâ€¦.it was outstanding if I do say so myself!

Chef Luis made our Thanksgiving absolutely exceptional. He started the evening with a beautiful charcuterie board and a perfectly prepared shrimp cocktail that immediately impressed all of my guests. Dinner was even betterâ€”the turkey was incredibly juicy, and he prepared about six different sides, each one full of flavor and cooked to perfection. On top of delivering an unforgettable meal, Chef Luis handled all the cleanup and left my kitchen spotless. It made the entire holiday effortless and enjoyable for everyone. I canâ€™t recommend Chef Luis highly enough. His professionalism, talent, and attention to detail turned our Thanksgiving into a truly special experience.

With 12 of us it was kind of crazy and wild, but Chef Luis kept it going with such a great attitude and helped us learn some new and wonderful things about making food. Speaking of food, these recipes were phenomenal and well enjoyed by all!!

Having Chef Luis over to give us a lesson was so much fun! We really enjoyed the evening and learned some great new tips, along with new recipes. He made it work at the Airbnb we were staying at by bringing a few of his own tools so we had everything we needed. We were a little nervous, not sure what to expect (we may have watched to many Hellâ€™s Kitchens, where chefs yell a lot), but he immediately walked in and made it a relaxing night. He was just like inviting a friend over and cooking together. We would highly recommend this experience to everyone!

We enjoyed the class and food. Chef Luis was easy going and down-to-earth which made the experience easy and enjoyable! Learned the correct way to use a chefâ€™s knife and thoroughly enjoyed all the courses. The muscles were surprisingly flavorful and really liked how they were prepared. Excited to do a different menu!

Chef Luis was accommodating, prompt, and professional. Despite our lack of office kitchen essentials, he had us covered. He guided us on how to correctly hold and handle extremely sharp knives, sharing valuable cooking tips and tricks along the way. The food we prepared was both simple and delicious. As a bonus, he took videos and pictures during the event and sent them to us later. The team-building exercise was the perfect conclusion to our two-day Product Leadership marathon. Sure beats the standard axe-throwing or Escape Room schtick! Thanks, Chef Luis!
