During this private chef experience, Chef Luis will prepare for you a four-course dinner menu worthy of the finest five star steakhouses in the country. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include red wine-poached pears stuffed with goat cheese, arugula, candied walnuts and prosciutto, succulent seared sea scallops, and filet mignon served Oscar style.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Luis was amazing! This class was great. I wanted a fun experience for my birthday with a group of us and this dude not disappoint. With 12 of us it was kind of crazy and wild, but Chef Luis kept it going with such a great attitude and helped us learn some new and wonderful things about making food. Speaking of food, these recipes were phenomenal and well enjoyed by all!!

This is the second time we've had a meal with Chef Louis, it was excellent again. Great food, fun experience. My kids have requested this for their Christmas gift every year now. Thanks Chef. See you next time!

Delicious meal, nice guy, made for a wonderful evening
