Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In the bowl of a food processor, add the pecans.
Pulse a few times to roughly chop the pecans.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt and cook the butter until golden brown. Be careful not to burn the butter.
In a mixing bowl, add the chopped pecans, honey and the browned butter. Stir until combined.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Let the pecans cool completely.
Enjoy by the handful or sprinkled over yogurt.
