Enjoy classic French cuisine prepared by Chef Howie in the comfort of your private setting.

In this private chef experience, Chef Howie brings the elegance of a Parisian bistro to your table with a seven-course French menu. Begin with rustic pâté de campagne on brioche, followed by silky potage vichyssoise and golden trout meunière. You'll then choose from richly braised coq au vin with pommes purée, seared lamb chops in a cognac Dijon demi-glace or smoked ratatouille wrapped in delicate Savoy cabbage.

 

Round out the evening with a crisp frisée salad with lardons, a pairing of French cheeses and a classic crème brûlée with Chantilly cream. Chef Howie handles the shopping, cooking and cleanup, so you can relax and enjoy a restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of your home or vacation rental. Book your private chef today!
