This unique private chef experience will have you journeying through Caribbean cuisine, vegan-style. Start with a fried banana blossom and calypso coleslaw combination, a creative vegan twist on a fish taco. You’ll also enjoy a spicy curry of chickpeas with the contrasting sweetness of roasted plantains and pineapple rice. Then, end your meal with a dairy-free crème caramel with notes of delightful vanilla.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Patricia started her culinary career in 2000 as a Walt Disney World College Program intern. She spent ten years honing her culinary and pastry chef skills by working in numerous three star restaurants, patisseries and gluten free bakeries. In 2020, Chef Patricia won an award for best vegan side dish. Currently living in Atlanta, she spends her time cooking and baking while focusing on plant-based gourmet cuisine.
