Private Chef - Southern Brunch Spread

Revel in the opportunity to slow things down and enjoy an indulgent Southern brunch spread.

During this private chef experience, Chef Chris will prepare a truly Southern brunch spread using fresh, high-quality ingredients and plenty of soul. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include bourbon brown sugar bacon, melt-in-your-mouth New Orleans beignets with pecan praline sauce, spiced gulf shrimp swimming in a Creole gravy and Southern grits laced with aged cheddar.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

What a great experience!! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. Chris was early and had everything we needed to create a wonderful meal. He is a great teacher and took the time to teach us why we did something versus just having us do it. The meal, cooking and conversation made this an A++ experience. We HIGHLY recommend Chef Chris and plan to do another class soon.
