What You’ll Do

Journey to Italy with Chef Loreanna's authentic four-course Italian dinner.

During this private chef experience, Chef Loreanna invites you to dine like a true Italian native, enjoying traditional dishes prepared with authentic Italian cooking techniques and ingredients. An appetizer of balsamic-drizzled dried figs and prosciutto will start the meal before you indulge in a rich and creamy, homemade fettuccine bolognese. To go with your pasta, beautiful rosemary focaccia bread for dipping in the savory sauce. Finally, your meal will end on a sweet note with poached fruit soaked in a sweet wine and cream sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I did the class with my daughter and 16 year old granddaughter we all had a great time but messy stove

It was a very enjoyable class. Learned a lot. She made sure everyone was at the same place, graciously kept the class going, answered all questions and offered good hints and information. Also she showed us what the cooked items should look like and her pan when cooking. Very helpful.
