Online Mixology Class - A Twist on Negroni Cocktails

I didn’t know what to expect from an online mixology class. Anthony made it educational — now I know how sweet vermouth is made! — and fun. He has the perfect personality for engaging people in this unusual setting. Looking forward to doing it again!

Anthony was amazing, he made everything fun and could answer all of our questions about how to customize our drinks to our tastes as well as some cool history about mixology.

2nd class w Professor Baker, awesome as usual. Not a gin drinker... had no idea what a Negroni was....our bottle of gin had never been opened. Now I feel like I would definitely recreate any of the cocktails in that class. Can’t wait to take more of his classes!

Started on time and very organized. Delivered an entertaining and structured class that was perfect for both experienced and beginning folks. Dropped some nuggets of wisdom in between each of the drinks and took the time to try and personally connect with each student. Not only a great teacher, but a great zoom teacher. Strongly recommend.

Anthony is a superstar! The ‘Professor’ does a phenomenal job schooling you on creating the most inventive, delicious cocktails you’ll ever taste. Funny, welcoming, engaging and informative, he offers a great experience for couples, groups or solo students. I’ve taken 5 classes so far - each a winner. Always fun folks at his classes too. Run, don’t walk!
